In 1978, Wiseman choreographed a paraliturgical dance to Cesar Franck's "Mass in A Major".
This work is intended to support and evoke images of the liturgy of the mass.
Here, we have costumes he designed and executed for this work.
Initially, Wiseman began with swatches of material
and an ink drawing of his concept.
This was followed by a painting of Evan Jones depicted in the design.Wiseman and his dancers performed the work at the Dance Canada Conference, Vancouver 1978.
