On July 1, 2007 Padam unveiled this 4/3 life size bronze sculpture of ballerina Dianne Bell. The event took place in the theatre of PAL(Performing Arts Lodge) Vancouver.
In 1970 Dianne was trained at that time by Padam who served as founding Artistic Director of Ballet Horizons with Dianne as its principal dancer. The dancers' careers were left to flourish in other countries do to lack of support for classical dance at home. Dianne Bell had a brilliant career in Germany as a principal ballerina with the Deutsche Oper in Berlin for 27 years.
Having come full circle, both artists now reside in PAL Vancouver.
